Jófríður - Sprotasaga jofridur 1

The story is about Jófríður Old or Jóla, as she is called.

Christmas is dark and big and beautiful and she visits the Sprouts once a year and tells them stories. Everyone likes Jóla, but Sprota does not think he knows enough about this mysterious creature. Who is Christmas and where does she come from? Why do all the adults become like children around her?

Parents Sprota, Doremí and Rosi, decide to tell Sprota the story of Jóla. The story stretches far back to the days when the grown-ups were children, and the secretary of the Pupilist attempted to save his prayers from great haste. Then there was a threat to Sprotabær because trolls came on a regular basis and made a wish, scrambled and robbed. The Pupilist took charge of it, Christmas appeared and the event became anxious.

The Adventures of Sprouts are as usual about friendship and solidarity in difficult situations. They deal with smart individuals who dare to face difficulties and finally win. The children can listen to the reading of the story and read it.
